Because the Southwest would not be what it is without its legendary conviviality, the vineyards of Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh are no execption to the rule thanks to its signature events.
14th and 15th August
For 36 years now, the 14th and 15th August, the Madiran Wine Festival has become the unmissable festive event for our appellations and territories.
As incredible to discover for the tourists as it is fun to organise for the winemakers, volunteers and locals.
About thirty estates and chateaux are present so that you can discover all of their products and enjoy the friendly atmosphere so characteristic of the Southwest !
3rd weekend of November
Every 3rd weekend of November, once the harvest is over, the Madiran vineyard is transformed into a real recreation ground over a weekend.
In each corner of the appellation, the winemakers have concocted a tailor-made programme. They invite you to come and discover and share their passion on their home turf! About thirty estates and chateaux are present so that you can discover all of their products and enjoy the friendly atmosphere so characteristic of the Southwest !
All year round
The story of the Madiran'dez-vous began when the Madiran and Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh decided to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the creation of their AOC to organise a fun event for the public but also an occasion for them to get together in different circumstances than normal, in other words, outside of the vineyard. The opportunity to go and meet their consumers in France. The first step started in Nantes in 2018; let’s see where they will ‘lay their hats’ for the 2nd edition.
